On July 14th, 2007 it took about a half hour to reduce a 2,500 square-foot home in Middleton Idaho to rubble.

A team from the TV show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" built a beautiful new home for the Stockdale family.

The Stockdale family applied for the home revamp, and the show said they won because their children are all afflicted with a white blood cell that requires they be fed liquid food through a tube.

The kids were often in the hospital, because the water and ventilation systems in their old home were substandard and had little insulation.

All the work on the new home was completed within a week, with donated materials. The new home for the Stockdale's is 3,800 square-feet. The family will get a completely finished home, new landscaping and all!
